As powder metallurgy specialists, our processes are versatile and cost-effective. Powdered metallurgy provides a high degree of design freedom - we can manufacture parts with complex geometries and irregular features that would be difficult to machine. Our processes permit using a wide range of alloys, and we can formulate custom powder blends with unique properties tailored to your application. We produce parts to near net shape with fine surface finishes, eliminating the most costly secondary processing. Very little waste is associated with sintered metal products, which keeps material costs low.

Our 25,000-square-foot building houses compacting, coining, assembly presses, and state-of-the-art high-temperature controlled atmosphere sintering furnaces. We use the finest-grade powders in low, medium, and high-density compositions to produce gears, cams, bushings, bearings, and other structural products. While many parts are ready for use after sintering, we also offer supplementary processes, such as oil or resin impregnation, heat treating and steam treating, furnace brazing, and various surface treatments to enhance physical or mechanical properties further.
